Appointments
- All Doctors, Therapists and Laser Specialists at Eve Clinics are trained and approved in accordance with the Eve Clinic’s treatment protocols. Eve Clinics do not guarantee continued treatment with a named Specialist.
- Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required for your treatment. This might be in the form of an email. If you do not follow the guidance this may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged. For certain treatments, we ask that you are prepared for your treatment in advance.
- Facial treatments: All make-up to be removed prior to the commencement of the treatment.
- Laser hair removal treatments: Area(s) to be shaved 24 hours before the treatment and be hair free. Hair must not be waxed or plucked prior to the laser hair removal treatment. Please avoid shaving the area treated on the same day of the treatment as this may result in increased sensitivity and risk of burning.
- If you require help with the shaving prior your treatment, please contact the clinic. This service must be booked in advance and carried out a minimum of 24 hour prior your treatment. There will be a charge to this service £25.
- When having treatment with CO2 laser, Vascular Laser or Pigment Removal Laser please shave the area to be treated prior with 24-48 hours. Please avoid shaving the area treated on the same day with the treatment, this may result in increased sensitivity and risk of burning.
- Eve Clinics will do everything possible to ensure that your appointment runs on time. However, should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. All treatments cancelled by Eve Clinics will be rebooked as soon as convenient for the patient
- In accordance with our policy and regulations, children are not allowed in the laser treatment rooms and children under 11 year old cannot be left unsupervised in the reception area, as our staff are not trained to supervise minors.
Appointment Cancellations and Reschedules
- If you are not able to attend your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment or not attending, will result in the loss of the treatment session from your treatment course or 50% of your appointment fee.
- Late arrival to your appointment may result in a reduction in your treatment or forfeit of the appointment course session.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is in place to allow a prompt service and also allows us to offer patients who are waiting for appointments available times as they become available, in a timely manner
Laser Specialist appointments
When booking an appointment with our Laser Specialist at Eve Clinics, we apply ‘’No Show/Cancellation less than 48h protection’’. This process is done by our Patient Coordinator or Laser Specialist requesting your card details (adhering to PCI DSS compliance regulations) to apply onto your appointment. The consultation and patch test is free of charge but if you cancel less than 48hours prior your appointment or not attend the appointment, the system will charge you automatically on your card provided 50% of your appointment fee.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment or no show, will result in the loss of the treatment session from your value pack or 50% of your appointment fees.
Medical appointments
When booking a medical consultation or treatment we will charge a deposit of a £150. This is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior your appointment or you don’t show to your appointment.
Single treatments
When booking a single treatment, we apply ‘No Show Protection’, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you call us no less than 48 hours-notice prior to your appointment, alternatively the system will charge you 50% of your treatment fees. Please be aware of our business opening hours when calling to reschedule or cancel, to ensure you give us the 48 hour notice period. Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in your deposit being redeemed by the clinic.
Pre-paid or courses of treatments
No deposit is required when booking a treatment from a pre purchased course of treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you call us no less than 48 hours-notice prior to your appointment. Please be mindful of our business hours when calling to reschedule or cancel, to ensure you give us the correct period of notice. Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in loss of your course session.
Pricing and Payments
Pricing
Consultation and treatment prices may vary from time to time including during promotional periods. Please refer to pricing on the website or in clinic prior to your visit.
- Treatment quotations: where a client has been given a quote that is not subject to promotional discounts, this price will be honoured by Eve Clinics for a period of 30 days from the time of quoting.
- If you wish to secure any promotional treatments, it must be paid by the end of the deadline of the promotion. You are welcomed to start your treatment in the next 3 months but not longer than 12 months.
- If unseen circumstances occur and we have no longer specialist or a medical device available, we will proceed with the refund of your treatment or any session you may have left.
- Out of hours or Sundays may be available on special request, upon the availability of the specialist. Has to be booked minimum 2 weeks in advance and incur additional charge, 10% extra for laser treatments, 20% extra for advanced facials and 30% extra for medical procedures.
- When you start a treatment under an offer, we can’t warranty that further similar treatments will be offered on the same price.
Payments
We request all payments are made by card or contactless payment if possible. Where this is not possible, we also accept bank transfer and cash payments.
- We don’t accept American Express or cheque.
Suitability for Treatment
- We always assess if the treatment is suitable for you before any treatment is carried out.
- It is the patient’s responsibility to provide Eve Clinics with any relevant medical history and current medication information prior to each treatment session.
- Any estimate of the number of treatments that may be required to give a satisfactory outcome can only be a prediction, given in good faith.
- If there is anything that you don’t understand in the consultation and the consent form, please ask for extra information.
- Please double check the risks associated with the procedure, the recovery time and it’s restrictions associated immediately after the procedure.
- Eve clinics cannot treat any patients who are under 18, pregnant or breast-feeding.
Top-up and Revisions
- Please be aware that not all the procedures are having included the top-up and free revisions, ask the members of the staff if not sure.
- Muscle relaxant injections (anti-ageing) top-up must be done in the first 2 weeks after the initial procedure if needed. Any delay will result in a charge of 50% from the initial treatment fees and after 6 weeks we will charge the full amount.
- Only the cosmetic mole removal has free revision included in your initial fees and has to be completed no later than 3 months from the initial treatment. Any delay will result in a charge of 50% from the initial treatment fees or in full if left it more than 6 months.

Your Right to Complain
- Eve Clinics endeavours to treat all its clients fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Eve Clinics you are fully entitled to lodge a complaint, either in person, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Eve Clinics will be pleased to help and will support you through the process.
- The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will pass the details of the complaint to the Clinical Director in a timely manner. You will receive a letter within 5 working days to confirm receipt and that we will investigate the complaint. We aim to investigate any complaint as soon as possible.
- Any complaints received of non-medical natures will be handled personally by the clinical director in full.
- If your complaint is in relation to a treatment or procedure then it will be discussed with the treating practitioner and in some cases may warrant that you to attend an additional appointment with that practitioner or an alternative member of the clinic’s medical team, including the clinical director. The main reason for this process is for us at Eve Clinics to fully understand and look to provide resolution and solutions to your complaint. Eve Clinics aim to give you a full written response to your complaint within 21 working days When this is not possible, we will provide the patient a full explanation for the cause or causes of the delay.
20% discount for NHS, Fire Service, Police employees and Teachers
- 20% off can be applied to single treatments
- Discount cannot be used against doctor consultations, doctor treatments or CO2 laser treatments.
- The discount can be applied to any practitioner treatments but not including anti-ageing injectable treatments.
- Discounts are not to be used in combination with any other current or previous offer.
- Proof of employment in one of the services listed above will be required. Examples are a valid employment card/recent pay slip and valid photo identification if not on current employment card.
- This offer is available to new and existing clients.
- The offer is subject to full consultation and the patient suitability for the treatment.
20% Student discount
- 20% off can be applied to single treatments
- Discount cannot be used against doctor consultations or doctor treatments.
- The discount can be applied to any practitioner treatments but not including anti-ageing injectable treatments.
- Discounts are not to be used in combination with any other current or previous offer.
- Proof of current student status is required.
- This offer is available to new and existing clients.
- The offer is subject to full consultation and the patient suitability for the treatment.
Social Competition Terms & Conditions
- Entry is open to residents of the UK except for employees (and their families) of Eve Clinics.
- Each contestant can enter once.
- One winner will be selected at random.
- Winners will be selected and notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook. The winner will need to provide details to dispatch the prize in maximum one week. If details are not received by this date, the Promoter will select another winner.
- Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered, unless agreed in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full of these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
- Use of a false name or details will result in disqualification.
- All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition, no group, mass, or software entries will be accepted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, due to a computer network or software failure which may restrict or delay entry.
- The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter that the Promoter reasonably considers being inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Refunds
- Prepaid packages are not refundable and has to be completed in 12 months maximum from the payment. It can be extended with our Medical Director agreement before payment accepted or for unforeseen circumstances.
- Any treatments left unused after the 12 months will be automatically redeemed and a new package need to be purchased if additional treatments need to be done.
- Valuable prepaid treatments are refundable only for medical reasons. Any refund request and agreed in between the patient and Eve Clinics is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken plus any charge for not show or late cancellations. The difference will be the refunded amount.
Patient Confidentiality
At Eve Clinics, patient confidentiality is of the utmost importance. All personal and medical information shared during consultations and treatments is kept strictly confidential. Our clinic adheres to the highest standards of privacy to ensure a secure and comfortable experience for every individual seeking private area treatments.
